While phone calls and news releases may be interesting, what is of value to me now is performance results. With petroleum continuing to sky rocket, we should be making plenty of money just from the Charleston plant. Norm told us how the plant could have been started last spring and I explained why it should have been started and yet it never was.

We were told last September that a deal had been agreed to with KPI and yet we have heard nothing since. There should have been some sort of development since, if only to operate the plant 24/7. Clearly, somebody reneged on the agreement. With this set of facts, I don't know what value there would be in a phone call.

John,

Why does it have to be someone that knows him. I picked up the phone and spoke with Bill 2 weeks ago. It's really easy just try it.

I'm tired of this big zero. Shareholders have a
right to information.

So there you have the information, John. If you feel calling is of some value to you, go ahead and call. But what we are dealing with here are wheelers and dealers, not businessmen who are oriented toward returning value to investors. We have seen this process going on for years while the actual value of our investments continue to drop. We can talk about the effect of the trading halt and the DHEC foot dragging, but that is water under the dam. I am becoming convinced that the reason the plant is not operated is that it is a scam that converts one cheap dirty oil into another cheap dirty oil and is being used to con others into making a similar mistake we have already made. If that is true, then the SEC has been correct all along and has done the investing public a big service by limiting the number of victims to us.

As far as KPI is concerned, Watkins participated in the news release last September which said he and BC had reached an agreement. If he deemed it important to modify the agreement, the honorable thing to do is proceed with it, prove his integrity by fulfilling what he agreed to do, and then modify the agreement in a way that satisfies all parties. But this was not done. If KPI's goal is to sell stock on a public exchange, this episode will live in infamy.
