Both the VCALL and ON24 interviews of the CFO painted a very bullish picture. I am sure the analysts/investors were given the same story during the presentation only in more detail.
Watched the stock head to the highs of the day towards the close-- a strong finish.

I still see continuing strong moves up in the near term. I think we won't get too much selling as people like myself are going to wait out the S and P announcement before reducing the holdings in JDSU. We will probably get to much higher levels with the conference and split next week before we see any sort of pullback. We may not get much of a pullback if they announce another split right afterwards just like the did in January. Even the anticipation of another split could be enough to keep JDSU at the highs after splitting. That is a bullish picture!

I hate to see irational exhuberance as well but that is measured from the market as a whole. I am glad the Dow has stuck around 10,000 for a long time as that seems to send the message that Greenspan has already kept the "market" from going up. I won't mind if the Nasdaq slows down in its gains in the near term. JDSU going up in a flat market would be my preference. Gains in that type of environment would be more sustainable.
