Murder at Yale 11:09PM PST, Mar 1, 2000

I think that the professor is totally innocent and that he police in this case are as incompetent as those who worked on the Ramsey case in Colorado. It is dispicable that someone can be treated by others in this way, when he has never been arrested or charged. Whatever happened to being innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Thanks, I missed that information before, but like I said I haven't had a chance to read much of the thread.

Actually, I wasn't thinking in terms of a stalker but rather another witness that has yet to be interviewed by police. If someone was behind Suzanne at Phelps Gate, how long was he behind her, did he see anyone else approach her, did he see a car stop next to her, etc.

According to 20/20, this man was only 10 feet or so behind Suzanne. Most people, especially at night, would be aware of someone following so close and at some point would take a glance over their shoulder. If someone was behind Suzanne at Phelps gate, I don't think she knew this person or she would have stopped to talk or would have been walking with them.
