I guess PFCK borrowed the money to buy MVEE. I can't find any financial statements that indicate that PFCK has ever had much more than $90,000 in cash.

You make a good point that the news was released by PFCK and not by MVEE. PFCK has gone over $2 as a result of its announced $300,000 investment in MVEE. I won't guess at how many additional shares were issued to PFCK.

As MVEE's price goes up, PFCK can sell some of its MVEE shares and pay MVEE the $300,000.

Hi Leroy, As far as your post on the other SI MVEE thread, I am still here. Bought my first MVEE in July of 98 at .14, been averaging DOWN ever since. Last December, I bought 1.5 million shares at .003, then in January sold 1/3 at .18 to recoup my original investment and make a few bucks. Now i have one million shares "on the house". I figure I can afford to wait a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG time to see how this pans out! Pun intended!
