Jon, if XSNI shareholders outside the US are going to be allowed access to Liberty Surf shares at the IPO price, then management has a BIG problem. All shareholders of a class are required to receive equal value for their shares. Those that are allowed access to the IPO shares will receive greater value than those shareholders living in the US. Stay tuned.

Jon, well said. There is no doubt we were jobbed and, it appears, those of us living in the US got jobbed most of all. Very, very weird. I am hopeful that you in the UK will be able to roll your XSNI shares in to Liberty Surf. "Fraud on a minority" "fiduciary duty to all shareholders" yes there is no doubt there are some real issues here. Let's see what the SEC says about this Delaware Corporation doing this to US investors shall we? Best of luck to you and I hope to meet you on my next trip to London. Jeff
