Thank you for your calm and non-personal post.

I appreciate your (well done) thoughts on your idea of what is meant by "end user" although I wonder if it parallels that of others.

At any rate, the egos of others leave a distinct distaste on this thread and forbid much, if any, open discussion here.

Everything you mention is a direct consequence of Novell's still inept (but improving) marketing which remains THE problem in order for the company to position itself to make profits up the wazoo in the future. All the other efforts (as far as creating products showing off its technology to "end users", internal "bottlenecks", changing the culture to be more "open" and "trusting") are happening NOW, maybe not at the speed we all would like. With Eric freed up to preach the message of what the company is all about I expect him to take care finally of the marketing problem and make all of us even happier in the future...
