Mike, I think there is definitely a need for a new breed of financial management, across the board. And the people in those positions now, need to keep up with the times. The old methods aren't going to fly any more.

It is not simply a matter of debt but how is this debt used for productive enterprise or financial engineering.

I think this could be the key to success in the 21st century.

Mike, I'm not normally "Bearish". But I must say, the woods are starting to look pretty good. I still think the tech sector is on a rocket to the Moon, for the most part. But I'm treading very lightly. I'm also concerned about the oil situation. Any thoughts?
