Come on now. You gotta be kidding. Do you really think that the people here do not only know about but thoroughly understand the patent situation and the underlying reasons for that situation.

Moreover, I happen to like PBS and don't appreciate you giving it a bad rep.

OTOH if you "dig a little deeper" in your DD you just might get to the point where you'll invest.

Well if they join the WTO a rather obvious remedy comes to mind.

This is really ancient stuff that has been dealt with on the other thread a thousand times. Suggest you spend a few evenings reading old posts there. You'll find everything you need to know about the patent claims/legal action soap opera. It really is a non issue at this point.

Maybe new stuff in the future, but that is always the case.

Invest with eyes wide open.
