Clinton build for the future
He set the environment to:

Quit borrowing from our grandchildren to pay current items.
Change the nature of welfare.
Change law enforcemnent procedure to prevent crime and not react to crime.
Protect some of our environment for future generations
Show other countries that the U.S. supports democracy over dictatorships.
Discovering ways to contain wars before they get unsolvable.
Open world trade.
Show the world that the Presidency can't be taken out by a small group of radicals.

And he's so much more.
