I had two sells for the same issue go through because I cancelled one that didn't look like HRZG was going to fill. It canceled and I resubmitted and it routed to LEHM and filled immediately. Well then HRZG comes back and fills it late. So I show I am short, so I try to buy to cover and it wouldn't let me. Finally got through to my track and got them to manually place an order to buy to cover. Not sure how the software allowed me to do that. What really pisses me off is that HRZG will not fill if it looks like it is going up, yet he will hold your order killing your buying power. The SEC is complaining about the fake bids and asks, well they need look no further than HRZG to see them use it on a daily basis. ASTM was a good example of that today, HRZG, NITE, & someone on ISLAND was showing 45K shares on the ask. After 10K shares they finally let it go. Personally I don't think the problem with HRZG will be solved by a faster connection, all the other MM's and ECN's seem to do fine through Mytrack. HRZG is just using his time lag to his advantage. It is getting just to frustrating to be on the right stock at the right time and yet not be able to get a fill because of HRZG. I feel just like the guy in the commercial who jumps out of the window. My application was sent in yesterday to MB Trading. I'm tired of the whole mess for now. I will probably keep a few dollars in the account for BB's because MB doesn't do BB's. I think they ought to give us rebates on the orders that HRZG doesn't fill. And all my questions about when the exclude HRZG setting will actually work have been ignored. I would much rather have my order cancel than have HRZG sit on it for 5 minutes.
