Russ Horowitz is building the General Electric of the internet...........He is looking at ALL areas that he thinks will be accretive to earnings, not to be pigeon-holed in a certain space. While this approach is not unique, I believe that what Russ is doing is truly unique. All of the investments that Russ has made thus far are either accretive to earnings or they were done at a valuation that gives the investment $ a tremendous ROI. We all are spoiled by the daily moves many of the internet stocks have made and many of you are growing restless, tired etc., my advice to those people are to sell Gnet and move on to the greener grass. For investors(long term in the traditional meaning of the word) I believe the next 6 months will provide DRAMATIC growth in the share price of GNET and here is why:
1) GNET is working on a wireless strategy
2) GNET and Charter will be first to market with a set top box for internet access for all Charter subscribers. When the set top box is a reality, picture all of the Charter subscribers logging on to GNET for the first time......What will happen to our page view and unique user #'s???? Where will we be on the Media Metix list??........do the math.
3)Russ Horowitz continues to make brilliant investments along the lines of CTCH,NDB,xdrive etc. Russ is creating a smaller version of CMGI without any of the hoopla that surrounds CMGI'S every move. The capital gains on the GNET investment portfolio(on a per share basis) are tremendous.
4)Coverage, coverage coverage............At some point this year you will see the majotr houses pick up coverage of GNET...........as they grow and become a more and more dominant player in their space, the major wall street firms will be forced to cover GNET, its just a matter of time.
5)Russ Horowitz will continue to make SMART acquisitions, and NOT overpay for assets that are overvalued. He is brilliant, he has defied wall street with his "do it myself" business model and (with the help of Uncle Paul)will continue to grow the G.E. of the internet

The stock market is a beautiful thing, one day you can be in the internet business, the next day you can buy the auto stocks...............if you don't like the job being done, vote by selling your shares and moving on..........For me, I will bet on a guy like Russ Horowitz EVERY day, I love his business model, and I LOVE GNET'S prospects. Good Luck and keep the faith, I belive the next 6 months will be VERY rewarding.Don't worry about the daily fluctuations, GNET will continue to grow market share as many of the other internets will continue to suffer dramatic share price erosion.
