***MEETING with CEO GORDON - 3-3-00***

I met with Robert Gordon today for almost an hour. The outlook and view of TSIG.com appears to be one of tremendous potential and promise. This has been shown through the alliances and sponsors already announced. Further proof will be coming shortly and with vigor.

The response of the Coke SuperBowl event was beyond expectations. There are 12 Coke distributors within the US and all have called TSIG.com to inquire about further sponsorships. Coke was so pleased the next deals should be no problem and discussions are going on. I would suspect it won't be long before we see the next one.

The favorable response of the Coke SuperBowl event continued with approx 30 calls from other non-Coke entities inquiring about doing business also.

He admitted the Lifetime contract was not handled right last time. Steps have and are being made to have it be the producer next time that we expected. Some sort of internet connection is being set up along with additional attention. The mailing will also be a lot cheaper since the initial costs are out of the way.

UCP meetings and negotiations are continuing. The UCP sponsors are negotiating and coming to terms. Sounds like some are close.

There are a lot of contracts at the ready. 2 PRs/week could be light in the short run. Many will be material deals. He would like the stock to be $1.50 - $2 by the shareholder meeting and feels very undervalued right now.

New products and combinations are very close to fruition.

They are in the process of or close to hiring about a dozen employees to manage what will be coming.

The possible revenue to TSIG.com with what is on the table and possible to close amounts to approx $1 Billion. That is the best I could do without getting names of deals.

Shareholders of TSIG.com should not and never should contact a TSIG.com client. Coke received calls and got perturbed. This is not at all good. This action was one of the high points in losing the Signature deal last year. At least they can still talk.

The reverse was required by the funding institution. Everyone will know what it is soon. Approval turns loose the $40m line.

The terms of the funding arrangement will not be disclosed until the registration. That happens about 2 weeks after the shareholder meeting. They are playing everything according to the SEC.

The terms are very favorable and will please everyone.

The institution identification will also intensly brighten your day.

Approval of the share restructuring is not a decision in Gordon's opinion. If you want the company to go forward and accomplish all that is on the table (past, present, and future), it must be approved. The $40m draw capability opens the doors for a multitude of progressive actions.

The doors will be open to expand the product line, make acquisitions, create new fronts within the focus of the company, and generate continued and new relationships that are substantial and rewarding.

This will be a real internet company with institutional buying and Wall Street support. Trading over $5 will bring and allow brokers to recommend and buy.

He feels, as I do, that Nasdaq in or by Sept is in the picture with the approval. I assume most know what happens then.

Non-approval takes them back to ground zero and would likely lose large anticipated accounts. Welcome to OTCBB land and the MMs.

The meeting went very well within the confines set and I felt very pleased with the results. My feel is we have a very big company coming on line and I will remain to see it accomplish the mission set forth.

The above is my best recollection of the meeting. Everyone should do their diligence within their capabilities. Make your decisions according to your financial tolerances.
