Dear Y.Samuel Arai: Note that the sprinkler company was only acquired by TYC last year and sprinklers since modified. But, could be expensive as much labor likely involved. Perhaps they have Product Liability insurance to cover, maybe Richard James can comment on this? JDN

I just do not think that this will be as expensive a retrofit/recall, but even if it is, the supplier of the O-ring seal may be on the hook. This may depend on the cause of the failure, if the seal met specifications, and who determined those specifications.
