WritingRepair(TM) - good one! Speaking of (TM), hitsgalore's affiliate program is called, at the site, LinkPOWER, followed by (TM), (tm), or ©, in various spots.

I am not certain that it really is their registered trademark.

A company named LinkPOWER Technology Company Limited - linkpower.com - has been using the term since least March of 1997, register.com

I find nothing at USPTO to indicate that LinkPOWER is a registered trademark or wordmark.

I don't know if it is illegal to use (TM) or © without registration, but, imo, it is certainly misleading.

I'd be tempted to register the word myself and offer to sell it to them, but I don't think they have the money to spend. LOL
