Ok next time I talk to my contacts within the company I will tell them they dont know what they are talking about. I am reffering to some of those fired employees from the different projects. As for the Others, many temp's and employees involved with the Sony JV were let go because increasing production efficiencies made Qcom's factory more effient. The thin phone requires 1/4 the time and manpower to produce the earlier model. Obviously some people were made expandable. The 40% number is also a litlle high, and KYO has its own production facilities so some other jobs were made redundant.
