Hi John. Very nice series of posts resulting from yours. I have 2 issues that perhaps you can expand on. First I like your $600 figure. That translates to about C$850. I'm not clear on your rationale for picking 600. Could you add a few details. Second I would like a little more information on your plan for the day that we join the S&P. You say you will sell as close to 4 pm on that day as you can. Then you will short and then buy back. Are you expecting the "buy back' to occur on the following day or week or when?? Probably the most useful post I have read --and understood-- on this thread. Ed L.
