I think only nyse and amex are considered "listed" so you shouldn't get those extra charges for big naz or bb orders.
At least that's the way its worked for me so far with ndb.
Call them on the phone and sit on hold for a while if you don't get a response to your emails.
You also might want to consider not buying/selling too huge an amount all at once at the market since you just might depress or inflate the price artificially for yourself. You don't want to give the mms cart blanche. And limit orders don't always seem to go through as quickly as market orders. might be wrong. Just seems that way to me. Rather feed the orders in slowly all day. This works good with the one side rate of ndb
