Which brings a question to mind. If I were to "overhear" some "second hand" info to which only insiders were supposed to be privy and then proceeded to post it on a public forum via the internet, could I be leaving myself open to legal trouble.

As far as I know I would be posting a rumour or hearsay but would authorities look upon it differently?

Anyone with an opinion please reply.

Let the Sec come knocking on my door.I lost a few bucks on the Mining Stocks over the years.
1EG DHK Group 30,000 Overnight.
I could tell them alot of storys with want goes on at a few places in that wonderful land of BC.

I think many of us lost a few bucks on the mining promo's so its payback time.

Yes I get lots of good info on Rumours but they are Rumours till proven Facts.
