Thanks for the info. So if the outstanding shares in ADR terms = 50,875,000 and the offering prices at the high end of the range ($24), the out-of-the-gate market cap will be $1.2 billion before it even starts trading. If the stock goes to $100 it will be a $5 billion company. So the question is: what's a reasonable target market cap for this stock? Compare to VRIO (market cap = $5 billion, MAIL ($740 million), SWCM ($4 billion), IIJI ($4 billion)?

Crayfish is showing up in lots of IPO preview articles, so this may be too hot to handle.

The English version of the company's website is stil not available. If I was having an IPO on the Nasdaq in three days time I think I'd be up all night putting that translated web site up!
