On Jan. 21, ZiaSun won a preliminary injunction against one of the posters, Floyd Schneider, preventing him from making "false statements" about ZiaSun What I still don't understand is, how the judge knew if they were "false statements." Did she investigate to see if Floyds opinions were false? I think the real question is: Did she investigate to see if ZSUNEQ was issuing "false statements" in their press releases?<ggg> But this story just goes to show how lazy the press is. They will just parrot whatever they hear through the grapevine. No real digging to see who's telling the truth and who's the lying crim tout. Congrats on the victory over evil AG. C
