Les, I really think Stratfor is wrong. One of the main guys with the UN Mission just said that the whole mission is just about "barely alive". Right now there is running gun battles with KLA in South Serbia and Thaci is giving his "Give me more land or give me death" speech. The place is falling apart at a rapid pace. The funny thing now is that Clinton and Blair are in the funny position of having to bribe Thaci and the KLA in order to protect KFOR troops. They will start taking casualties as soon as Thaci determines that NATO will no longer help him battle the Serbs. This decision is coming any day now... God help those poor Americans trapped in Clinton's quagmire. -John
