I am not so sure that NATO won't do it, remember it is the Serbs who have been demonized all along. They are almost ethnically cleansed out of Kosovo and they are still geting blamed. I think Clinton will pull out and leave the Europeans with a mess in a very strategic place...and maybe that was the plan all along? I don't know what to think anymore...and I think the administration is just making it up as they go along too.
