On April 3rd The Napeague Letter's "Institutional Research Notes" included my notes from a very positive talk with Candela NASDAQ:CLZR) management. This issue is now on the TNL web site. On March 26th, when the NASDAQ Composite was around 5000, TNL alerted its readers to the "market shifts" that were then just developing. On March 29th, it confirmed the developing "flight to quality", and signaled "a possible upcoming market reverse."
