Well Barbara, I am making it my business. These kinds of manipulations of public discussions, intended to distort the perception of a stock need to be halted. The SEC has clearly signaled through the prosecution of the case that was cited just recently that email schemes fall under the same guidelines as posts on public forums. If you and others were conspiring to control the discussion on the public boards, were forwarding info from the company to your select group in any preferential way, then I think you should bear the consequences for your actions. If you weren't then you surely have nothing to worry about. (Note: Privacy Rights won't protect you if you were breaking the law.) But if something funny was going on, then I say if an example need be made, let it start with the bunch of you. I am volunteering to read through whatever I get from any source if it relates to this group and compiling a case for forwarding to the SEC. You may be sure that I will make public what wrong doing I may find. I am confident that somewhere there exists a complete enough record of your email group conversation to come to some determination. So let's see how it all plays out shall we?
