It will be interesting to see who pays to implement the "de-orbiting" plan. According to

ecf.nysb.uscourts.gov

footnote 2 on page 4, this was estimated to cost 30M$. But if it takes 6-7 months to accomplish, at Mot's 9M$/month burn rate, it's a lot more than 30M$.

Also will be interesting to see how fast Irid users turn in their equipment for refunds....starting late last year MCSI, at least, was offering 12 month money back guarantees on equipment cost and activation fees, if Irid stopped service before 12 months from date of purchase.

Meanwhile, bondholders got court approval to sue Motorola... and Mot's stock was up another 3% today. YTD, Mot is up about 60%, Loral is down about 40%...go figure.
