Now that the newspapers have been notified of this thread, have you included the lovely people at WebBroken, I am sure they will want to join in our little coffee club. Maybe to whine about the KYC rule, or about the high cost of staffing, or to explain that with so many people leaving they have to continue to advertize for more customers in order that the same abyssmal level of service can be maintained. After all, when we have all left, and gone to Schwab or elsewhere, service at WebBroken may get better. I just don't want to contribute a nickel to any more record profits for sloppy service........
