I have never seen distribution so blatant, BUT I COULD BE WRONG!

LG:

What we may be seeing may be more reflective of a faster rotation cycle... Like the waves moving in and out on a sandy beach, so are the high tech investors, using all their trading bells and whistles... The 1987 crash was of very short duration... The recent corrections we've had were also of short duration... So, the movement of money, in and out of stocks, seems nothing more than the result of investors/traders who have more and faster market knowledge, and the ability to execute their trading decisions much faster... We could either "blame it on the Bosa Nova" or all the new trading toys we have... I'll opt for the second choice... : >
