Have to wait for the announcements before I comment further.

I know some stuff, I can guess at some stuff, and other stuff I don't know (Intel's comments wrt to volumes going forward, Dell, etc.). Better wait. Shouldn't be long at all.

One thing I do want to see, is if the Athlon takes a significant benchmark hit the 1GHz Athlon takes wrt to its off die cache (I've seen Sharkey's; they should do a 1GHz Pentium III shortly). If it does take a significant hit, to me it would accentuate the express need for AMD to get Dresden online.

As far as volumes go, my independent research seems to indicate to me that despite all the hype about the top speed grades, the real battle for the Q is being fought at ~600 - 750 MHz.

I am really curious as to how the financials will play out for Q1.
