OT and Not

Gotta run so just a quickie:

While this market is in a mini tank, I have somehow avoided almost all the trouble spots by cutting back positions. Talent? Nah. Probably just luck. MABA and SPGNA leaping up today and hey, let some of it go. Reluctantly. I have a whole stack of LTAB DD to do, just pushed QQQQ and QSC out for LTAB inspection (as Rod Serling would appropriately say, "For your Approval".

SPGNA dug this pup up last week at 1.125 its at 4.125 today. So there are more out there. You ought to use that patent pending surgical insight to look at the small caps. You probably aint going to see anything in the big boys that 47 million analysts and shareholders, probably many of them insiders, are not going to see. Peter Drucker used to talk about the "Asymmetry of information". That means not a lot of people looking at things and not half of em know what it means. That's Value investing. My kind anyway.

Hey you would have loved WM yesterday. We had a near riot as customers were qued up and there are only two tellers and they are tied up with angry! customers sorting out problems and their system was down. Bad Karma to have to escort customers out of the bank, no? Not just this branch either. You should visit one of your holdings someday.

Anyway, buying today. Like crazy. Got lotsa cash from selling yesterday and this AM, woo-hoo, market orders all around, boys. Even wading into the pharma phrenzy.

Ah, GLIA I know the hit men are on their way, but I sold off some this AM and just bought some back 3 bucks cheaper. At least I didn't short it, OK. But GLIA kind of gives you signals when it wants to drop.

You should look at Canadian biotech, Mike. The stuff is SO Good, SO Cheap and SO un-hyped. Lotsa double takes to be had. Your talents would not be wasted there.

Oh, BTW buy some gold for your portfolio. A little HM or ABX for when we see the bill for the party. Both bouncing around their lows. Buy and hold.

Enough jawboning, back to work
