If the stock-market tanks, all these lawsuits will be forgotten in a hurry. Who would be willing to undertake the "popular" act of adding 7,000 more to the ranks of the unemployed when the economy is in a tailspin?

Besides, trial lawyers who are currently tormenting tobacco companies would also have found greener pastures then. They will abandon their cigarette-smoker clients and pile on the backs of the bigwig insiders of internet companies who have gotten rich while the little guys were left holding the bags when the music stopped.

E,

Tell me if I'm wrong here, but didn't the price action on LSI today seem right and proper (and even somewhat encouraging), technically? We were due to give some back, and that coincided with a big market downturn and yet we're just back to where we were last Friday. Buyers really flooded in at the close. Maybe I'm whistling in the dark here, but LSI is holding its own. Ironically, it's the "safe" stocks that are getting pummelled. do you have a new target now that your beloved 73 has been reached and held?
