OFF TOPIC TO CIAO:

In response to your queries on VMI:

The hidden value in the holdings of iKnowledge are still speculative at this point in time. Even though a third part y bought in, there is no resulting cash flowing back to VMI - this can only occur through either earnings, or the sale of VMI's share of assets upon which a capital gain can be realized. The underlying assets in iKnowledge are based on VMI's Nereus product, which is the product that I alluded to previous as Vicom having unsuccesfully tried to commercial on its own. The six million from a third party is likely being used for working capital, although it is of some interest if a third party did see enough value there to inject cash.

With regards to the future of CBT, the fundamental concept is not that new, nor the enabling technology. I remember doing business plans based on the promise of CBT back in 1993. However if the market wants to place a $1 billion valuation on a CBT-based company, so be it. Who am I to question the "wisdom" of the markets.

And to your final point - yes it does appear that VMI is in a technical breakout pattern. Who knows, maybe I will disregard JT's advice and through some of my hard-earned cash at this "dog".
