Scott, isn't your calculation accurate only if WMB and WCG have the same number of shares outstanding? I haven't checked the share numbers yet. I have been enjoying the ride -- it's nice to see WCG so strong on a down day.

Scott, here is a guy on the Yahoo Board of WBM/WCG that went through an analysis of values.

Keep in mind however that none of the valuations are working out perfectly because the market isn't keeping with these ratios. But the two issues are following each other somewhat closely.
