you should have seen schwab's response to me for the latest outage. After three letters asking for an explanation about their reliability problems, they took the time to call me at work to tell me that they weren't going to answer my question and that I should evaluate the other OLBs to see if they were any better. Hell, at this point, they don't need to be better, just more service oriented and willing to communicate to the customer. FU Schwab!!!

I've never tried a discount broker. When something like this happens can you call them to get execution. I hope so.
