Why you just don't turn your portfolio over to Mark Fowler to manage for you is beyond me. I'm told he's bought Lodi, Sacramento and San Francisco might next. If he makes an offer for Seattle or San Diego I'll be upset. Could you imagine Mark being my landlord and calling me up for the rent?
