Jim, I'm short ECNC because (in no particular order)
No verifiable revenues, let along earnings.
No assets, about 10 employees
Management works part time and out of their homes per secretary.
Independent auditor quit last year.
Million dollar lawsuit regarding loan default
Non existent business 777wins
No analyst coverage or institutional interest
Tons of cheap 144 stock coming to market
The need for swipe pad is fatal flaw.
Most importantly, you get all this and a $2.1 Billion Mkt Cap.

I like my odds for this to be back in single digits in a few weeks.

FYI I've make great profits on other Copia picks and wish I'd bot some of this when it was pennies but now the only sensible thing to do IMHO is to short it.

Congrats to you and others that got in early, just don't stay too long. Realized profits are the only real profits.

Jim, One other point I'd like to address that's slightly OT
Tony has lots more money then most people that follow him . There is a very good reason for A@P to have all that money. Think about it. If he was wrong often then he wouldn't have all that money.
And I've gotten a lot more money since I've begun to think like him.
