Welcome from me also... I tend to be a bit slow and stumbling around here(g).

I think I like your notion that it's CPQs time in the barrel... this accords well with the relative absence of 50% of the typical institution investor mix. Others have mentioned that little bubbles of up movement will not be sustained until the big ones are tromping around in the waters. This "sounds" like it fits all the data and non-data!
