No, that's scores of trades, some bad most good--
and recognizing that biotech was due to be the
next hot sector after a long cold spell. Plus
there is tons of good free information here on
SI (you just have to go to the trouble of reading
each entire archived thread to start the DD.
And to be honest, DD doesn't really buy you much
extra when the whole sector is romping, darts
would have got me here too almost).

But it still boils down to waiting through most
of last year--and almost getting shook out. And
then being here in small and microcap biotech--
at the right place at the right time.

I've no idea whether the sector will continue to
perform--but I wont BS you--Today when I
saw the reversal, I took all the money I'd been
parking in value, WM, JCP, BNI and bought back
Targeted Genetics, Genset, etc etc. And I snagged
another 10k of cnsi, as I mentioned over there,
and (I wasn't going to admit this) I took my
KDUS up from 10k back to 20k shares.

Oh and gliatech, I have an unholy amount of GLIA now.
If I crash and burn, so what? I can go back to my
lousy rotating shifts--and we do a pretty good job
down there, Gale warnings and all that.

But if this works out, QuattroPro says I can change
my life not too long from now, although penalities
on early withdrawl will suck (an IRA).

I know a lot of folks don't talk about their success
on line, probably feel it will bring bad luck or
something. But I figure there are hundreds, maybe
thousands of Microsoft Millionaires out there living
within twenty miles of me: Boring.

I think my story is pretty cool, and I'm about the
only one willing to share it. Uh, the story, not
the money, heheh. And lets be honest, low seven
figures is not really a lot of money compared to
what is being generated by the folks who do not
post their trades.

Finally, I should be clear, that I am only looking
for a modest return from here before I call it quits.
And it does not matter whether it takes me three
weeks or three years to get to my target. I suspect
it will be somewhere inbetween--and I'll only get
there if I have chosen wisely and the companies I
own deliver the goods. The goods these days means
delivering the right PR, or the right financing,
or the right deals at the right time. Take a look
at GZMO, up 40% after hours. And it was not hours
ago deciding whether I should buy more Genset or
more Gizzmo...oh, so close!

Disclaimer, I own both, but sure wish I'd bought
more Gizzmo today.
