I agree James, the desert has a special beauty unique unto itself. I'm seriously considering Arizona or possibly southern Utah for a second home.

Well, the vistas can be nice.....Since I was the one who unnecessarily gave offense, I will not prolong a useless argument. I will only say that the southwest is relatively inhospitable to living things, due to its aridity, and that was all I meant to comment on.......
