You are not gonna BELIEVE this:

Here's something exceedingly interesting. I now have a copy of the exhibits attached to the AZNT complaint. Some are screen prints, others aren't. Here's one of those that's not:

Hogger, how do you feel selling a product in ToN that:
1) Comes from a tree that doesn't actuall exist and, obviously, has never even been pictured?
2) Has no published medical reports certifying it is safe for human consumption?
3) Has a molecular formula that defies the rules of chemistry?
4) Has a chemical composition described by a chemist as "rocket fuel"?
5) As stevia, is banned by the FDA for use as a sweetener?
Hogger how do you fell selling poinson pills that:
1) Will no dought kill your customers?
2) Uses kitty litter for its main ingredient?
3) Has cat sh!t as its second ingredient?
4) Will get you in a new law suite weekly?

Oh wow. Someone's been falsifying evidence, evidence actually introduced to the Court. I wonder what the penalty for that is? Note that no URL is offered in the complaint.

Uh-oh. The Goons have a really enormous problem on their hands, I'm afraid. I think many people need to know about this. Urgently.

I suspect that this in itself is sufficient ground for dismissal, for sanctions against Qualey, and for possible criminal charges against whichever of the Goons submitted this fabrication. Just IMO at the moment, but by Monday I'm sure we'll all know more.
