The Goons have a really enormous problem on their hands, I'm afraid. I think many people need to know about this. Urgently. I suspect that this in itself is sufficient ground for dismissal, for sanctions against Qualey, and for possible criminal charges against whichever of the Goons submitted this fabrication. Just IMO at the moment, but by Monday I'm sure we'll all know more.
