Dear Jean: I am not that knowledgeable about NTAP but I believe them to be a far smaller company with far fewer shares outstanding. They have done a good job getting I believe a head start on this NAS system and their stock price reflects it. From here on out though, over time, I bet EMC stock outperforms them. JDN
