Please disregard the preceding instructions to disregard my positive comments about Ameritrade. <LOL>

I had a pleasant conversation with the customer service supervisor. I am satisfied with the outcome. I am still dismayed by the performance of the front-line phone reps. I had to lean hard to reach the supervisor. Overall, Ameritrade clearly deserves credit for an improved trading system and competent problem resolution.

I'm not unaware that this is still a Waterhouse thread, so I'll cease the Ameritrade posts. :-)
