Can anyone explain to me how a person can become a qualified fighter pilot in the National Guard and be considered dumb? Talk about dumb, don't you think that McCains blow up on the air with Mike Reagan and his insensitive remark to Maria Schriever was dumb? Oh yes the excuse was he was sleep deprived.
