The moment it hit 30 -

The sell programs kicked in and day traders and momentum guys started dumping. The only way we are ever going to beat the 30 resistance (and it is major, major, resistance) is to spend a considerable amount of time consolidating in the high twenties. Unfortunately, as long as this porker continues to drop to around 25 after a run-up there will be plenty of people with lots of profit at 30 willing to dump. We have got to get to a point where the average cost is higher than it is now. To hazard a guess I would not be surprised to hear that the average price paid by a cpq shareholder at this point is around mid twenties. With such a low average purchase price we will be burdened with major resistance at 30+.
