Hi Jim, I can't help you, sorry, all I know is TD Waterhouse up here How are they for confirmations and and cancellations? Just finished a three day nightmare with Scotia Discount. Changes that didn't change, cancellations that didn't cancel, lock-ups, hang-ups, on hold for hours on the phone, had to buy back stock whose sale was supposed to be cancelled and wasn't, selling others to to make up the difference. Even had to buy at market twice to close the day. OUCH! Literally wiped out a quarter of my portfolio trying to straighten it out. When all was said and done, must have been involved in about 15 trades and all I wanted to do was sell 2 and buy 1. Spent a small fortune on brokerage fees. One crappy week set me back big time. Money I could afford to lose, just won't be replacing it for a while. Finally got off the phone with some idiot and all he could say is we're busy, you should know better. I said, "I thought if you put an order in at the bid or ask at the open, you would find out before 3:30". Well sir, management knows we have problems but they haven't addressed them yet. What a dick. Almost told him to sell the works but I was hoping to wait till I got my losers of the pinks and then close the whole works. What a week. Anyways, sorry for whining but it felt good and if I didn't I would've had to kick my dog and I love her too much to do that. Have a great weekend, I need a beer. Take care Ron
