condor, i want one!!!!! love it.---- to this distinguished(?) thread. you know you can write,snail mail, directly to mr. waterhouse in ny,ny. mark letters personal.( for real results send your complaints in a personal sized perfumed envelope.) if you email all you will get is a packaged responce. this thread should light some fires under his seat. you know i may print a few articles and mail 'em. rocky ps. i'm in business(charters and boat rentals in fl. and if someone opened a complaint web site against my bus. i would surely pay attention.)
