Hi Bob,

Thanks for all your hard work and one of the best metal/mining sites on the Web. IMHO,
Knowing what a silver bull I am bear er bull with me. I heard 665 million quarters per issue for the first five states. I am not arguing. let's use your number. 774 x 0.25 equals about 193 million ounces of metal. If the "dollar" (read FRN) were still a dollar that would be almost 200 million ounces of silver issued in coin form to the public.

Multiply that 200 Million ounces by the five states issued and it would equal the known REPORTED silver stocks according to the CPM group's Silver Survey 2000.

What's the point? For me the public will collect and seek a "token" with no intrinsic value, but get them to give up two big Mac's for an ounce of silver- nonsense. Talk about absurd!! Soon the new gold colored dollar will trade on par with the gold eagle.

Awaitng the Berkshire Hathaway report on Saturday. Any silver bears or bull's please post here if you find it. I have to work this weekend, no web surfing allowed.
