If I may speak, bowing of course to your years of experience in the business, that my understanding (and again, this is my unsophisticated understanding)of the reasoning was that it was done to induce those of us who already HELD shares in the street name to take our shares in certificate form. I had only a small number of shares at that time but, as promised, I was given a certificate for an even teenier number of shares. I didn't purchase any more shares, I simply took my shares off the street. Don't lose any sleep worrying about me though, they're back out there where y'all can get your grubby mitts on them. Now you may think Tom Hughes is less than a choirboy, but as long as I've been in this stock, I've never had a problem with his ethics and I bought my first shares at 11 cents over two years ago. You guys ought to be looking at your leader--boiler rooms, mail fraud, insurance fraud, a little mental hiccup which overrode his sense of honesty and decency (Puh-lease) is it time for the kleenex yet? We've all made mistakes in our lives but looks to me like Tony, Amr, Anthony, what's his name should be cleaning his own house before he goes poking around in other people's. I sure haven't seen any of you turn up anything that would scare me out of my shares, but I have a feeling you will keep trying. Next please.

Hi Rodger,

I will be glad to answer that question. I'll give it to you the way I understand it at the time. Now pay attention.

Tom made a public announcement that if all current shareholder didn't sell their shares when it was down an out that if you held them that he would give all current shareholders what you said. 5% as a dividend. The reason was to hold the price up and keep the current base in tack. Me being one of them along with all the rest of the shareholders. We all put him down for doing it but he did it. After all he holds 61% of the stock. That was a concern of certain shareholders, such as my self. None the less we went along with it only because, we had now choice.

Now what is it that you are looking for? Free shares? As the way my broker looks at it and the way it is put into my account, they are dividends. That is the way my broker posted it.

So I ask you, what is your question????? All long shareholders were against it.

Next question.

Catcha on the upside,

Ron
