Evening Jim, No one is saying shorting is illegal. Just the way you go about it. Let me tell you something. No one has been burnt more then me. I'm sitting on worthless paper, so don't crusade me or any of the other folks here on this thread. First of all your presents are not admirable. They are contencious. Your presence is to drive the stock down, not to take a short position and let the market deal with it. What it boils down to is that you took a short position that is not/was going to fill the gaps. You were caught long and therefore to cover, you joined the wrong group. Obviously you got taken in again with the folks that you follow. You might have been squeekey clean but after this excersise, you might not.;-(((( The group you chose to hang with has been for sometime been under scrutiny. They have a habit of taking short positions then getting out there an bashing them with current info and turning it around as if it was new and that the company was decieving the public. It's call dis-information. Now the group that you are cohorts to is doing just that but going one step further. They publically use the words fraud, liers, destroy. That makes your short position part of a conspiricy and therefore it is againt all SEC regulations. In fact you are breaking the law.;-((((( You make comments on this thread without doing DD. Just hear say based on your leader. Your leader is going to jail.;-((( What can I say. Myself, I think the worst that can happen to you is that you will get a hefty fine.;-(((( Now Jim, If you feel that you have been screw in the past and you think this is the next screw job, why did you buy it????? Why didn't you speak up 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago, 31 Dec. when it was at .40. Why now????? Because you have a short position and it didn't fill the gaps on the T/As?????? Your such a foney. Your all B.S. Your a lier and part of A@Ps group. Your not looking out for me or the rest of the shareholders. Your looking out for your bank account. Not mine. You and your group have screwed me out of millions for your own rewards. Your cellofane. Anyone that has any smarts can see right through you. Your a shorter that is trying to cover your potential losses at the expense of longs. You will do anything, say anything, to justify why someone should sell because you didn't get in when the real price was low. What it boils down to is that you are a bad trader and you try to make up what you can't do like the rest of the longs and that is do DD and take the long risk. Now what makes you a crook and illegal is that you come on and start your stuff. That is what makes the difference between a shorter and a short crook. Take it to the bank and sleep on it. Most crooks usually do after they rob someone.;-((( They sleep on their success after a good nights work. Most crooks do. Let me ask you this. Are you another unemployed stock broker????? Are you just another lazy speculator that feeds off of everyone elses success???? Talk to your leader and ask him why you will be the one holding the bag. Ask him about the deal he make with the Feds. and why you might just be the next????? I'll let you figure it out. I know you have many post to me and I woun't respond to them all.
