Hello Dai & All, The first thing we need to do is identify who they are. Spent the weekend doing that. The front office has informed me that, that is underway. Talked to a few of my contacts in the SEC and as far as they are concerned, ECNC hasn't done anything wrong. They will continue to investigate but as far as they are concerned A@P an PLUVIA are the ones that are in fractions. The group has conspired to drive the price of the stock down on information that has already been made to the public and twisted it to show that it was not made available to the public. After preliminary investigations, ECNC appears to be in compliant with all SEC regulations. I will continue to investigate the alligations and pass them on to the proper authorities. Catcha later, Ron
