I agree. The latest news release about debt reduction by issuing more shares should be neutral at best. Actually, by my calculation, Brock received the shares at .07c. I am obviously missing something. Please set me straight.

In furtherance to Northern Crown Mines previously announced debt reduction program, the company has issued 5,142,857 common shares in its capital stock to John S. Brock Ltd. pursuant to the conversion of the principal
amount of $360,000 owing under a promissory note issued by the company to John S. Brock Ltd. Subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange,the company is also proposing to issue 338,905 common shares to John s.Brock Ltd. pursuant to the conversion of the interest owing under the promissory note.

The company has announces that Eduardo Luna has resigned as a director of the company.
